Flexbird Media is a small team of designers, developers, and problem-solvers. We come from different backgrounds, but we share a common focus: building things that are thoughtful and genuinely useful. We work lean, move at a steady pace, and keep usability at the center of everything we make.
I’m Rachel, a product-minded UX developer and the founder of Flexbird Media.
My background sits at the intersection of design, development, and user psychology. I’ve spent years working with early-stage startups and growing brands, not just designing what looks good, but building what makes sense to users, the business, and to the context it lives in.
Flexbird was created to solve a common problem: too many websites look decent but fail to communicate, convert, or grow with the business. We bridge that gap, bringing together design, UX, and dev to help founders launch with confidence.

Why We Do It
We’ve worked with small businesses, startups, and teams across different industries. One thing we kept seeing: a lot of digital tools are either too complex, too generic, or just not built with real users in mind.
So we started building the kind of tools we wished existed, simple, focused, and built to solve a specific problem.
